Located in Turnersville, Texas—approximately 40 miles west of Waco and 12 miles northeast of Gatesville—our venue combines rustic charm with modern conveniences, set in the heart of rural Central Texas.

Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is required to secure your date. Deposit is non-refundable if the rental is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event.

Turnersville Community Center is a versatile event space that can be used for various types of events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
The capacity of Turnersville Community Center varies depending on the type of event and the setup. However, it can comfortably accommodate 160-170 guests.
We accept check, cash, or cashier's check.
If alcohol is to be possessed or consumed, the CLIENT must confirm that security has been hired PRIOR to the event. The Community Center requires a minimum of one security guard/personnel during the time of said event. Security guard/personnel must be a Licensed Texas Peace Officer. CLIENT shall contract directly with the Coryell County Sheriff’s Department. Contact the Coryell County Sheriff’s Department at 254-865-7201 (ask for Lt. Summers) to arrange security.
Nails, screws, or staples may NOT be used in walls to hold decorations; however, use of Tacky Tape is permitted on painted surfaces.
Events may not last beyond 1:00 AM without prior approval from the Community Center Staff. This 1:00 AM deadline includes clean-up time. The CLIENT will be charged $100.00 per hour if the Event and/or cleaning time exceeds 1:00 AM; or it exceeds a delegated clean-up times previously approved by Community Center Staff. Client is responsible for making sure guests leave the building at an appropriate time in order for Client to finish cleaning before 1:00AM or delegated time. Arrangements must be made by the Client to have all rental equipment picked up and removed from the facility on the Event date, unless there is prior approval by Community Center Staff. The Community Center is not responsible for any damage or theft of any items left by the Client or any guest attending the Client’s event.
Deposit/Rental Refunds and Long Term Cancellation
Cancellations prior to 30 days from the date of the event shall be refunded 100%. Cancellations must be received in writing.
Short Term Cancellation
Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be refunded one half (50%) of the rental fee and full amount of security deposit.
If the Rental Fee has not been received within 30 days of the event, the Rental Deposit will be non-refundable.
