The Turnersville Community Center is a family-friendly gathering place in the heart of northeastern Coryell County, Texas, just 40 miles west of Waco and 12 miles northeast of Gatesville. Conveniently located near the intersection of FM 217 and FM 182, our center serves as a hub for recreation, community, education, and the arts. And, we just might be the perfect venue for your next event or special occasion!

As a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, we’re proud to host community events, provide a local voting location, and even serve as a designated warming center during emergencies. Whether you’re a local resident or visiting the area along the historic Chisholm and Bosque Trails, the Turnersville Community Center is a place to gather, celebrate, and connect.

Our biggest annual fundraiser, Buffalo Stampede, brings neighbors and visitors together for a day of fun, food, and fellowship. Proceeds help us continue to maintain the center and provide a welcoming space for everyone.
